  • Passport sized photo (a photo will also be taken upon registration)
  • National Insurance number if applicable
  • Teaching Agency (T.A) membership number if applicable. ( All teachers with QTS in the UK will be checked
  • A register for proof of qualification and suitability, and that there are no restrictions against them teaching in UK schools)
